The reason behind Powered by Plants.

When I was 19 years old I had to get a colonoscopy and endoscopy. I had inflammation in my intestines and was taking a digestive aid prescription before every meal or my stomach would be in shambles.

I had seen a lot of content about the health benefits of a plant-based diet, but this time I was scared enough to actually give something different a try.

The day I decided to go all-in and eat 3 fully plant-based meals in a day, I was able to stop taking the prescription.

My energy levels sky rocketed and my mental clarity reached a point I had never experienced before. I have now been plant-based since 2018 and I notice I recover faster, less inflammation, and overall quality of life has been enhanced.
